     讓高層建筑樓頂防水又隔熱，是一直困擾世界各國的一大難題。因為漏水和高溫，頂層盡管比其它樓層更低價格，但頂層還是遭人嫌棄。目前市場上的隔熱磚、空心磚只是權宜之計，防水涂料不但效果不理想，而且使用期太短。涂刷于表面的白色反射隔熱涂料在耐污耐候性方面也難信任，使用壽命更短，與混凝土建筑難以匹配。鑒于此，佛山瑞佩姆智能涂料有限公司，經多年的研究，開發出了專用于混凝土頂層樓房的隔熱防水涂料三合一單組份水性漿狀涂料，可解決頂層樓房易滲水、高溫的難題、讓你一勞永逸。 

     Realization of water proofness and heat insulation to the roof of high rise building is a very difficult problem to all the countries around the world. The top floor is still disflavoured by consumers despite the lower price than other floors. The application of heat insulation brick, hollow brick are only the temporary measures. The water proof coating is not ideal in effect and short in application duration too. The white reflective heat insulation coating on the surface is hard to believe in anti-pollution and weathering resistance, and it has a very short application life, which is hard to match the permanent concrete building. Basing on that, with years of study, Foshan Peiruimu Intellectual Coating Co., Ltd. had developed the three-in-one single component aqueous pulpy coating, which is a kind of heat insulation water proof coating specially used in the concrete top floor of building; the application of this coating can solve the tough problem of water leakage, high temperature in the top floor of building, which is a once for all solution.

 用途: Applications

適用于混凝土頂層樓房的防水、隔熱、抗靜電。

Applicable to the water proofness, heat insulation, anti-static electricity of concrete top floor of building.

 施工方法：Construction methods
（1）、在頂層樓面混凝土灌注完畢、干燥后施工，厚度要求3—5mm，每遍刮抹2mm左右，直至達到要求的厚度，待其干燥固化后，再覆蓋最后一層水泥沙漿。 
（2）、晴天施工，氣溫5℃以上，20℃以上為佳，濕度小于80%。 
（3）、工具：鋼抹刀、水工抹子。 
（4）、不需加水稀釋。

1)Only start construction after the filling of concrete on the top floor is completed and dried; the required thickness is 3 to 5mm; scrape about 2mm in each pass until achieving the required thickness, when it is dried and solidified, to cover with one layer of cement mortar.

2)Start construction in fine weather and the temperature condition of above 5℃, but above 20 ℃ is the best condition, humidity shall be less than 80%.

3) Tools: Steel spatula, hydraulic spatula.

4) No need to add water for dilution 
  用量：每1mm厚度約1L/m2    

Application dosage: The thickness per 1 mm is 1L/m2

  儲存：密封，存放于陰涼干燥處，儲存期一年。
