一、產品說明 Product description

智能反射隔熱涂料采用進口國際隔熱原材料、納米、陶瓷微珠、自交聯高分子聚合物，精制而成。涂料成膜后，熱反射隔熱效率高，耐候性、耐沾污性能好等特點，能有效降低墻體表面溫度，適用各類建筑節能工程中應用。是集反射、輻射與阻隔功能為一體的新型節能涂料。涂料能對400~2500nm范圍內85%以上的太陽輻射與近紅外線進行高反射(太陽反射率0.85)，有效阻止太陽光的熱量蓄積。同時，在涂料中添加了導熱系數極低的熱阻材料，有效地阻隔了熱能的傳遞。在炎熱的夏天，再猛烈的太陽光照射根本無法使涂層發熱，它的表面手感是清涼的。只需在屋頂，墻面涂上薄薄一層，就讓您分享清涼世界！  

Intellectual reflection heat insulation coating is finely made by imported international heat insulation raw material, nano, ceramic micro balls, self cross linking high molecular polymer. When the coating turn into film, it has a high heat insulation efficiency, good weathering resistance and dust resistance, which can reduce the surface temperature of wall body significantly, be applicable to the energy saving project of various constructions, it is a kind of novel energy saving coating integrating the function of reflection, radiation and block. The coating can make high reflection (solar reflection rate is 0.85)and stop the heat accumulation of solar light effectively. At the same time, the thermal resistant materials of extreme low thermal coefficient of conduction are added into the coating, which block the transmission of heat energy effectively. The coating keep cool even in hot summer days, it will not turn hot even being exposed to strong sun light. A cool world you can enjoy through the application of just one thin layer of coating on the roof and wall.

二、產品適用于；建筑外墻、鋼結構、建筑屋頂、石化儲罐、倉庫、電信基站及一切需要隔熱降溫節能的場所。

2、 環保：產品為水性，超低VOC不添加鎘、鉛、鉻等有害物質，是一種綠色低碳產品。

防止滲漏，耐水沖刷，抗紫外線性能優良，壽命長達10年以上。 

4、 附著力好:：涂料施工后，不會裂紋、剝落、掉片或粉化現象發生。

五、施工工藝 Construction process

添加10-20%干凈自來水慢速攪勻直接噴槍噴涂或滾涂、羊毛刷子刷涂2遍，間隔時間不少于2小時施工兩遍，無氣噴涂效果更佳，不同工程根據我們施工方案說明施工。

Add 10% to 20% clean tap water, stir slowly, to apply directly spraying or roll coating, use the woolen brush to coat for 2 times with at least 2 hours interval, apply the construction for two times, the effect of airless spray will be the best; the different construction will be operated according to our specific project.
