產品適用于；工業機械設備、反應釜、高溫蒸汽管道、蒸汽鍋爐、模具、閥門、冷庫丶烤箱、注塑機、熱水器丶中央空調管道、太陽能熱水器管道、冷水管道等需保溫隔熱的設備設施。
  2、使用溫度：-40℃—300℃。
  3、涂層厚度根據設備溫度而制定，一般200℃左右的蒸汽管道，3mm厚涂層表面溫度降到80℃左右，5mm厚度表面下降到60℃左右。
  4、節能效果驚人！1個月便可收回投資，大大降低生產成本，提高經濟效益，同時降低設備及車間溫度，消除事故隱患，改善車間工作環境，提高工作效率，又延長了設備使用壽命，
  5、用量：3mm厚度約需3.L/m2

Applications:

1. The apparatuses requiring warm keeping and heat insulation such as industrial mechanical equipment, reaction pot, high temperature steaming pipe, steaming boiler, mold, valve, cold store, oven, injection machine, water heater, pipe of central air conditioning, pipe of solar water heater, pipe of cold water.

2. Application temperature: -40℃—300℃.

3. The coating thickness hall be determined by the equipment temperature, generally, take the steaming pipe of about 200℃ for example, the surface temperature of 3mm thickness coating will reduce to about 80℃; the surface temperature of 5mm thickness coating will reduce to about 60℃.

4. Amazing energy saving effect: The investment can be recovered in one month, which greatly reduce the cost of production, increase the economic benefit, reduce the temperature of equipment & workshop, eliminate the hidden risk of accident, improve the working environment of workshop, increase the working efficiency, and extend the application life of equipment.

5. Application dosage: 3.L/m2 is required for 3mm thickness.

  6、使用方法：A、清洗干凈表面的油污、灰塵（已生銹的表面要先涂刷一層防銹漆），待其干燥；
  B、施工表面的溫度為15—60℃左右，空氣濕度小于80%，每遍涂抹厚度1—1.5mm，干燥后涂抹下一遍，直至要求的厚度；
  C、應避免設備在涂層未完全干燥固化的情況下進行工作；
  D、施工前先攪拌涂料，不需加水，使用軟硬適中的涂料掃子；
  E、光滑的表面，涂抹一遍涂層時不宜過厚，0.5mm即可，干燥后第二遍即可厚涂；
  F、達到使用的厚度、干燥固化后，可涂刷一層透明防塵防水透明光油，既美觀又易于日后設備清潔。
  7、包裝規格：20L/桶，50L/桶。
  8、儲存：密封，存放于陰涼干燥處，儲存期一年。

6. Application method:

A. Clean the grease and dirt on the surface (one layer of rust preventing paint shall be coated on the rusted surface), and keep it dry;

B. The best temperature of the construction surface is about 15 to 60℃; the air humidity is less than 80%, the coating thickness per time is 1 to 1.5mm, to start the next pass after dry until obtain the required thickness;

C. Avoid operating the equipment when the coating is not thoroughly dried and solidified;

D. Stir the coating before construction and do not need to add water, apply the coating broom of proper hardness;

E. When coat the smooth surface for the 1st time, do not coat too thick, just 0.5mm is enough; after it turn dry, to make thick coating in the second pass..

F. When achieve the required thickness, and the coating turn dry and solidifying, to brush one layer of transparent varnish of dirt prevention and water proofness, which is beautiful and easy for equipment cleaning.

7. Packing specification: 20 L per barrel, 50L per barrel.

Storage: Tightly closed, store in the dry and cool area, storage period is one year.
