智能液體玻璃涂料介紹
智能液體玻璃涂料，主要成分是純二氧化硅，從石英砂中提取出來，根據具體的表面材質添加其它輔助材料精制而成，智能液體玻璃涂料具備優異抗污，自潔，抑菌，防水，防火，隔音，并有阻隔紅外線傳遞，效果持久，落到表面灰塵能夠自動清潔。由RPM智能涂料公司研制，生產的智能液體玻璃涂料，噴涂在物體表面能防塵抗菌，且無毒無害，用途相當廣泛。
智能液體玻璃涂料不僅具備防水、防塵、防菌、透氣、耐熱、耐酸，和抗紫外線等多種功能，而且易于使用，不會產生任何環境后遺癥。只需在溶液中添加少量無水酒精，便可將其直接噴涂在任何物體的表面。它將迅速形成一層透明薄膜，其厚度不過是頭發絲的十分之一。如果您將它噴灑在物體表面，那么清洗起來就更加容易了。
智能液體玻璃涂料的功能并不僅限于此，使用的范圍也相當廣，建筑外墻，玻璃幕墻，大理石，人物雕像，廣場建筑，家庭家具、校園、醫院、皇陵，文物，一切需要保護的外表均可成為其用武之地。外表涂上一層堅硬的玻璃膜，此外，可以用于汽車擋風玻璃和玻璃門窗上。
施工前清洗物體表面的污垢，灰塵，油膩，污漬，待其干燥后，用酒精對物體表面擦拭一遍，防止表面上的油膩沒有清洗干凈，會影響噴涂表面美感，噴涂后30分鐘干燥固化成膜，膜層透明，厚度5-8um。粒徑小于20nm的粒子可良好透光，吸附和折射自然界熱源 ，解決了反射型隔熱產品如各種玻璃貼膜和LOW－E玻璃的二次光污染及采光等問題。
注意事項： 1）使用前，必須先攪拌均勻。
